Habeas Corpus
May 7th 2008 07:05
Habeas Corpus is a satirical and farcical comedy by Alan Bennett and highlights the sexual excesses of the middle class in the 1960s.
The story centres around Dr Arthur Wicksteed, his family and the people they meet. Bennett’s play is about mistaken identity - where satisfaction of the body is more important than anything else in life.
